Goals

The main goals of the Academia Raetica are:

1) Promotion of young academics in the region of the Canton of Grisons
To recognize and stimulate talented and motivated individuals
To help and structure a transparent career planning

2) Support of research, teaching and networking
To improve the interdisciplinary relations between the institutions and the clinics
To efficiently apply the different research facilities
To support research projects on a regional basis

3) External communication of the high quality research and teaching provided in the region
To improve publicity of the different research facilities, their output and teaching
To demonstrate the clinical research and teaching as well as the facilities of the hospitals in the region

4) Facilitation of the access to universities for young scientists
To connect research projects with teams at universities
To offer postgraduate doctorate and PhD promotion in conjunction with the University of Liechtenstein and Innsbruck, Austria
To facilitate teaching at university institutions

5) Technology transfer between research institutes and industry
