Academia Raetica
The Academia Raetica acts as an umbrella organisation for the most highly
qualified research institutes and the different clinics within the Canton
of Grisons and its closer geographical regions. Its goals are to support
and coach postgraduate education and teaching and to enhance interdisciplinary
research and networking within the associated institutions and clinics.
The impressive potential in medical and technical research, in natural
science as well as human sciences, which is already offered should be
further stimulated to attract more young and motivated academics and to
create better links to the national and international universities.
The Academia Raetica enjoys the support of the government of the Cantons
of Grisons and of the community of Davos. Furthermore it has signed an
agreement of collaboration with the University of Liechtenstein.
